Foteini has a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from Harokopio University of Athens and a MSc in Human Movement Sciences with a major in “Sports and Nutrition” from Maastricht University in Netherlands.
Biography
Foteini is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of Harokopio University of Athens and holds a Master’s degree in Human Movement Sciences with a major in “Sports and Nutrition” from Maastricht University.
Currently she is living in Athens, where she works as a freelancer dietitian and as external partner in sport and rehabilitation centers.
Foteini offers nutritional guidance to athletes, with the aim of optimizing body composition and / or maximizing athletic performance.
In the past, she has also worked at the General Military Hospital of Athens 401 as a Clinical Dietitian Assistant and in the food industry BIOZYME as a food quality control specialist. In addition, during her postgraduate studies in the Netherlands, she conducted her internship as a research assistant in clinical research protocols.
