Biography

Antonia earned her BSc in Nutrition and Dietetic from University of Hertfordshire in UK. She is a currently running her post-graduate studies in Medical School of Athens in Greece. Thus, she is a Registered Dietitian in HCPC, UK.

Her internship took place at the “Athens Medical Center”, the Athens General Hospital “Elpis” and the University General Hospital “Attikon”, gaining extensive experience in Clinical Nutrition.

Antonia is a Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist and founder of Antonia Lazou Medical Center, a Greek-based nutrition consultancy center that specializes in Sports and Nutrition. Antonia works closely with athletes, recreational people and corporations to help them achieve their performance goals.
